Salary Sacrifice Benefits
Your Organisation is moving to Payrolling of Benefits from 1st April 2027 – The upcoming change will replace the traditional method of P11d reporting to HMRC.
The total amount of tax you pay/owe for the year will not change, just the way it is collected – Please click Payrolling Benefits: NHS University Hospitals of Liverpool Group for more information and for FAQs.
What is a salary sacrifice scheme? A salary sacrifice scheme is an arrangement between an employee and the employer, where you give up or ‘sacrifice’ a portion of your salary (saving on tax, some cost of finance and your NHS Pension Contributions through the trust) in exchange for other, non-cash benefits, over an agreed period. Please note a salary sacrifice will affect your entitlement to contribution based benefits such as pension, please read the small print before committing to the purchase.
Please use the calculator below to see if you fall below the projected National Living Wage for 12, 24 and 36 pay periods.
Please enter the relevant information and click CALCULATE and it will let you know if you are likely to be approved for your order.
Please Note: Should you leave our employment for any reason whatsoever; the Benefit Agreement will terminate. We will ask you to pay the remaining amounts on the Benefit(s) you have chosen. This outstanding amount will be deducted from your final net salary.
